This weekend Brett and I watched a marathon of cheesy indie horror movies. They were all pretty awful, but the one worth mentioning is Black Sheep, which was made in New Zealand and features what I can only assume is every New Zealander's worse nightmare, namely that their unnatural and freakish genetic experiments will go horribly wrong and the entire country will be overrun with vicious, carniverous versions of their country's most profitable type of farm product.

(Something analogous happening where I'm from has never worried me because I'm from Minnesota. For some reason, the idea of being ripped to shred by rabid cobs of corn doesn't seem that bad, for whatever reason. You'd just need a hairdryer and BOOM. Insane, man-eating corn is dead and you've got popcorn. \o/)

Also, I've just learned from clicking around imdb that Rowsdower is a registered nurse. I don't know about you, but I think that would totally make a great sitcom.
